From quote to completion it was top class! During the bathroom work, we didn’t even know they were there. Every day they kept us fully informed on their progress, always turned up when they said they would and their time keeping was exemplary! They are compassionate and basically two lovely & very trustworthy people!

Shaun11/02/2022I cannot speak highly enough about Premier Property Maintenance. We had them (Shane and Dave) to rip out and re-fit a new bathroom in my mother's house along with quite a bit of other work that needed doing to her property.
Shane and Dave were absolutely fantastic with her. They are super friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure that the job was done properly and to a high standard. They make sure all carpets are covered and they also tidy and clean up really, really well as they go along.
An excellent find through the Age UK site. Will definitely use these guys again. We first used the company in March 2020 to fit a new en-suite bathroom and they did an excellent job. A year later we decided to have a new kitchen and got 4 quotes. Shane (who runs PPM) gave us the most competitive quote which covered installing a new kitchen, converting a window into French doors, fitting a new patio and a few other jobs.
Shane and David did an excellent job. They were very trustworthy, hardworking, friendly and bought a very high level of expertise. They did several items over and above the specification (replacing boxing-in of waste pipe so as to get much better finish, removing and bricking up old extraction fan, re-routing guttering on our conservatory, repairing side wall of patio) at no extra cost (although we chose to pay towards it).
We are delighted with the kitchen, French doors and patio, and would not hesitate to use PPM/Shane and David again, or to recommend them to others (indeed have already done so).

Dewi23/03/2020We contacted Shane for a quotation for stripping out our old ensuite bathroom and fitting a new shower, basin, WC, flooring, light, extractor fan and painting the whole room and woodwork.
Shane provided us with a very competitive quote and started work a few weeks later as agreed. He and David are very skilled, hard-working, friendly and very helpful. They completed all of the work within a week which was excellent?. Indeed they exceeded what they had agreed to do at no extra cost. We are delighted with the end result!
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, indeed we plan to use them for other work around the house in the future.

coming late at night and returning early next morning with a part that had not fitted. His charges were much less than I would have expected for the time he spent. This job was to install a new shower, the old one being 20 years old. The water supply needed to be turned off but the stopcock under the kitchen sink was immovable. Shane went to fetch a rod with a handle and managed to turn off the water with that. This was under a manhole on the pavement outside and he said it was the responsibility of Severn Trent Water. The boiler had to be re-sited in the kitchen and the whole bathroom gutted and replaced with a walk in shower, toilet and re-positioned wash bowl. Shane and David did the bathroom alterations and the boiler alterations done by Wayne. The work was first class and many problems arose which were quickly resolved. The areas were all left perfectly tidy. All the rubbish was removed and they were courteous and friendly throughout.
We were perfectly pleased with all the work done and would recommend them for any small or large alteration like ours.
The cost was competitive and acceptable and they went that extra mile to satisfy our requirements. Well done lads.
