The Age UK Business Directory was launched in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire in 2008. The service was designed with older people in mind, as a way to offer peace of mind to them, their carers and family members, but the service can be accessed by anyone who needs to be connected with a local reputable trader or business.
The service can be accessed online or by using the Freephone number 0800 011 4643.
In order to ensure that the business directory only lists reputable traders and businesses we thoroughly check all of our member companies before they join the scheme.
This checking process consists of:
If you have any problems using the directory please call the Freephone number 0800 011 4643, and our local staff will happily search the directory on your behalf or answer any questions you have.
It is important to us that we are able to monitor how users of the business directory rate their experience of the company or trader they have used, because of this we encourage users to leave a review using the ‘Leave a review’ tab and filling out the online feedback form.
We are always looking for reputable local businesses to help us offer the best possible service for our users. If you are a skilled tradesperson or reputable local business, we’d like to hear from you. Please contact us using the ‘Join us tab’ and filling in your details.
